Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY​​

We are currently accepting exchanges only for size discrepancy on Ready to Ship Items. To check whether your item is eligible for exchange please check the Shipping & Delivery tab on the product page of your item. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

Made to Order items are not subject to returns however we do offer free alterations on all garments.

For Returns/ Exchanges:

  • All items must be unworn, undamaged, unused and odourless.
  •  All items must have all tags attached – including Coral brand tag and

Designer brand tag. Tags must be in their original position.

  • All items must be returned with the original branded boxes, dust bagsand placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.​

Here is a list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories, including jewellery, clutches, bags, scarves, footwear etc.
  • Items with any indication of wear and tear including: odour, stains, marks, rips, etc.
  • Custom orders or Made to Order products.
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Altered products as per your specifications/measurements

Cancelling an order

You can make changes or cancel your Coral order up to 24 hours after your order is placed. 24 hour cancellations are subject to full refunds and will only be refunded back to the original mode of payment. 24 hour cancellations for full refunds will not be accepted for orders placed with store credit.
